What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

We ship via USPS First Class Package Service which takes 1-3 business days. Due to the impact of COVID-19 on the shipping industry, we currently do not offer overnight shipping since couriers are unable to guarantee delivery dates.


How much does shipping cost?

Our First Class Package Service is free on orders over $75, our regular shipping rates range from $2.74 to $3.18 depending on your shipping address.


Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to PO boxes?

We currently only ship in the United States and are able to ship to PO boxes.


How long until my order ships?

Orders are typically processed to ship within 24 hours.


Where can I find my tracking number?

Upon shipping, your tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order.


Can I edit the address on my order after it has shipped?

The address cannot be changed after it has been shipped, however, if you’ve placed the order but it has not shipped yet, you can request for the address to be changed by emailing us at support@stellari.com.


Where is my order?

If you have a Stellari account, simply log in and click on “My Orders” to view order status. Upon shipment you will also receive an email notification with the order’s tracking number.


What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?

If you haven’t received your package even though it’s marked as delivered, be sure to:

If your package is still missing, please check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address. If the package hasn’t shown up after 3 additional business days, contact us at support@stellari.com.
